[51% = minimum "Watch--", but "Avoid" for the 24 min version which is a complete waste of time]|
The first 7 minutes at least contain some nice monologue lines of a moe character. But from here one you get nothing except for a repetitive underwear show of this girl, not even fulfilling the hope of the audience to see the strap of her shirt slide down.

Sigh...well there isn't much to say about this one...and similiar to Xenoknight I don't really give anime 'avoid' ratings but I can't really find much of a reason to watch this either. |
I do like ecchi anime but this is just a few bits of animation put on repeat for about 20 mins or so, I didn't know what it was at first but I just found myself fowarding it to the end. There is no story or much narrative, simply put a girl gets sucked into the tv and begins excercesing.
Maybe this was made to encourage some overweight fanboys to work-out while watching this.

An exercise routine with bouncing assets and obvious camera angles...|
The difference between the two versions was that the short one ended quickly enough with one cycle of the routine and her making the viewer promise to come see her again (part 1). The long version continues right where the short one left off with her happy to see the viewer's return and the routine resumes (part 2). The rest of the ep was recycled clips (part 3). As such, one is lead to believe that the long version is the "true" version.
This title may inspire males to be more active, but it won't be for exercising.
You all know that I don't give avoid ratings, so all I can say is watch it for yourself and prepare for a terrible time. As for me personally - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

When I first saw the title of this fansub, I assumed that it must be an OVA sequel to a fairly well known series and began asking myself what shows I'd seen with a character named Hinako in them. But in fact this character seems to be completely original, even if what she does for the bulk of the anime is all too familiar. With her jiggly boobs and creative camera angles, this is basically nothing more than a fanservice fest, as Hinako performs push-ups, sit-ups and squats for us. I quickly jumped to the conclusion that this would be 100% fanservice, but it actually had a fairly intriguing premise: you, the viewer, have been sucked into your TV set, where you meet Hinako in the "anime world". Hinako is a friendly and likeable character who has no idea that she's being used as something for fanboys to drool over. She is not trying to seduce anybody and the show didn't make me feel dirty in the least. It's a shame that such a fun character and an original idea wasn't used for something more than a brief foray into fanservice. I had no idea how long this would be, and when the closing credits began to roll I thought it was the OP sequence, and that the show had just begun. Hence, I was especially disappointed when I realized that it was already over.|
I don't really see what the point of a full 23-minute long version was. Hinako just performs a more lengthy regimen. Her jiggling breasts while push-upping seemed almost hypnotic in a strange way. After awhile she seems to abandon the push-ups, sit-ups and squats altogether and settles for some sort of breast shaking exercise; then she quits even that and just repeats the numbers. This long version just reinforces my impression that her character is largely going to waste.
P.S: I can't resist repeating a comment on this OVA made by Domino at ANN: "I have a feeling that the only exercise that this video will inspire is a workout for one's right hand, if you catch my drift".
