Many are likely not familiar with this Street Fighter II OVA since it had never left Japan until released to DVD to commemorate the franchise's 15th anniversary. It's nothing to get too excited about though, as it's largely an educational piece about Japan's original ancient capital of Fujiwara-kyo that Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, and Honda get whisked in time to from a time vortex. The OVA largely has the four observing the living conditions and norms within the city during the time period, with Ken largely explaining the history of the time period. It's an odd arrangement with Capcom's popular fighting game franchise, though those wanting to learn more about Japan's history may take some interest in this.
