Sword Art Online: Extra Edition

I had expected this to be around a half hour long, but it turned out to be nearly a two hour movie. It consists largely of clips from pivotal moments in SAO. We switch back and forth between Kirito answering questions in an office and the girls discussing how they came to meet him in the video games. If you want to refresh your memory and/or enjoy the best scenes without rewatching the entire series, this would do nicely. There is one all-new bit, maybe 15 minutes long, in which the players all go on a quest together within the game (they still play MMORPGs in spite of what happened before). Even without this, I enjoyed the special. The most intriguing bit of all comes at the very end, where we get a plug for "SAO II 2014", which seems to be an adventure within a shoot-'em-up video game.
