Basically, this OVA milks the same humor offered from Kamen no Maid Guy with Naeka's household and a few of Naeka's friends dealing with a perverted fisherman, yet amping up the perverse humor with getting away with some stuff that wouldn't fly on broadcast versions of the series like full-blown nudity. Still a waste of time unless the perverse humor of Kamen no Maid Guy grabs your interest.

Naeka and her friends are on vacation when they meet Urashima Tarou, a 1300 year old character from a famous Japanese tale; too bad he's also a pervert with a fetish for large breasted girls. You can see where this is going; the TV series seemed to have a preconception that boob jokes are automatically hilarious (they aren't), and this OVA is even more flagrant with them. Apparently the makers still haven't realized that Maid Guy Kobarashi is the most interesting and amusing character, not Naeka. There is plenty of cheesy perversion here but not much serious comedy; the one fairly good joke came when the cast envisioned themselves as Japan's saviors. All things considered, this was pretty lame and I was impatient for it to end.
