Make this hentai title number 5 that I've plowed through. This OVA only exists to feature Futaba and Yusuke finally confessing their feelings to one another and consummating their relationship, alongside the usual perverted antics of the Baka Trio. However, our main pairing's relationship isn't too convincing to see due to their flat personalities. Unless you're a diehard Green Green fan, you aren't missing anything here.
