Takamine Takane is the 'Goddess' of her school. She is top of the class in both academics and sports and is so charismatic that she has been elected Student Council president despite being a first year student. Shirota Koushi, on the other hand, is rock bottom in both academics and sports, has no friends, and basically nobody knows that he exists. He would not dare to approach Takamine, but one day he sees her do a number of shocking, voyeuristic things with her underwear that seem to result in time resetting—and other than her he seems to be the only person who remembers them.

Two things quickly became obvious about the premise of this show: Takamine would have some sort of weird quirk, and precisely because they are so far apart on the social scale, she and Shirota would become connected somehow. The quirk was that somehow by removing an undergarment (and having it cease to exist) Takamine can reset time and get a second try at something she failed to achieve originally. That, it turns out, is how she has become so seemingly perfect. And for some reason anyone who gets a look at her naked breasts (either of which is larger than her head) will be able to remember these resets while to everyone else they basically never happened. When 'Shiro' dares to ask her WTF is going on, she frames him as a rapist before the rest of the class and will only reset when he agrees to keep his mouth shut and serve as her 'closet'--that is, to carry spare underwear around for her. Why she would want someone else to do this for her instead of doing it herself remained unclear to me; maybe she just wants to keep a close eye on him. Or maybe the author just needed an excuse for plentiful fanservice scenes throughout this series. Where can this possibly go, other than in the obvious direction of a show which need not have an interesting plot or good jokes? It seemed half cheap and sleazy, and half intriguing to me. Shiro is uncomfortable gawking at Takamine's naked body whereas most boys would be delighted to do so, which causes her to mention that he has a 'gentlemanly side'. She is determined to be 'number one' whatever the cost may be. In all likelihood this will wind up where 99% of fanservice-driven anime do, but I think I will watch episode two.
