I wasn't sure whether 'horror' or 'comedy' was most appropriate for this show, so I used both as keywords. These scheming twins have meticulously prepared for an opportunity like this, in which they get themselves adopted by a well-off couple who they skillfully string along. They carefully observe their new parents for signs of what they most want, then give it to them to remain in good grace. They are expert contortionists in order to switch places smoothly and unnoticeably. I think this is all supposed to be humorous, but there's one problem: I hate them. It's not funny to watch them stage this major rip-off. They are totally evil and selfish other than their loyalty (I assume) to each other. There's no sign that we will get to know them and they will have any sort of excuse for their behaviour. The episode began with a scene of someone lying on the ground and bleeding fairly profusely, so things must get serious at some point, right? I wouldn't be surprised if they plotted to murder the couple and inherit their wealth. And the tricks they use probably wouldn't work in real life. The couple didn't notice that it was only raining on their car and a small area around it? This show quickly repulsed me and it is one of the relatively few this season for which I can say that I will definitely not watch episode two.
