Oshare Kozou wa Hanamaru
Like many OVAs of the time period, this one-shot series is largely used to promote its manga source material and has brisk pacing going through the general structure of its plot involving a 14-year old girl being attracted to a twenty-something fashion designer and a romance developing between them. Teen girls crushing on older guys is nothing new to see in a shoujo series and Fashion Boy is Cool follows this premise to a tee. Not sure if its manga source material offers more fleshing out of things compared to this anime adaptation, but it did feel like there were some gaps in developments of the story because of this OVA trying to squeeze what it could into 30 minutes. It's largely pretty forgettable as a result.
