Ok, old animation does not usually interest me - especially a 1985 Madhouse title - but in doing some research I stumbled across an interesting review (see below) that called this piece a buried-treasure, which peaked my interest. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/buried-treasure/2007-05-17 While the 'Buried Treasure' review might speak highly about this 44-minute movie, it's more a piece of art that could only be appreciated by someone who is truly into the 'evolution of Japanese anime'. Comprised mostly of still images and minimalist color frame animation, this title would probably be considered primitive by current standards.
