Tetsuro Okino of the development department of Kenie Technologies is loaned to the small company Namidome Industries. He's there to demonstrate Bullbuster, the first robot he has designed. Namidome is a pest extermination company, and Tetsuro finds that the pests they deal with on Ryugan island are more than just rats and insects.

This show seems to be trying to be primarily a comedy, but it isn't succeeding all that much. It simply didn't make sense that Kataoka, the Namidome accountant, would care more about getting paperwork filled out than about dealing with an emergency. Nevertheless, the plot might be interesting. WTF is the deal with these 'Giant Beasts'? Does anyone on the mainland know about them? Okino apparently didn't. It would seem that the entire Ryugan island had to be abandoned and just this small time extermination company is trying to clear them out. The show seems to have a sizable cast with distinctive character designs, but not necessarily characters. It's kind of odd that so few things to say came to mind as I wrote this initial review. I suppose I will watch another episode.
