This is another 90s one-shot OVA made to promote its manga source material, appearing to have key scenes from the manga in a condensed format to explore the female lead having romantic interest in her older sister's former boyfriend. Like other OVAs of its ilk, there's enough offered to make out things with the key events of the manga, though leaving out the more in-depth details to get you to buy the manga if you lived in Japan during its original publication. Largely forgettable outside of its intended purpose otherwise.
