Kotaro starts out as pretty much your usual kid although he lives alone with his father, which forces him to take over some of the chores at home, such as cooking and cleaning. But what starts out as a usual morning changes drastically as he opens his front door to be confronted by a girl named Misha dressed in a voluminous dress and a tendency to shout rather than speak. Kotaro attempts to escape, but this new next-door neighbor is quite persistent...this is the beginning of Misha's stalking of Kotaro. Even though she is a Junior High School student she has chosen Kotaro as her victim and hounds him all day long. What Kotaro does not know is that Misha is an 'Angel', who has decided to help him (in her own clumsy and troublesome way.) Pita-Ten OMG!! What a cutesy and happy-go-lucky story this is!!! .... KAWAII!! KAWAII!! KAWAII!! Kotaro - The middle school student who has been 'left-alone' by his busy and spacy father, he lives a diligent and practical life living alone in single room apartment. Misha - The heaven-sent angel-su whose goal is to protect Kotaro-su. Too bad that she is an 'apprentice angel-su' who somehow manages to muddle up all of her pure intentions-su. But her bubbly and unrestrained happiness always seems to bring out the best of any disastrous situation-su. Shia, 'The black angel' - A devil girl has been sent to counter Misha's influence over Kotaro, who somehow ends up living next door to Kotaro and Misha. She's an apprentice devil gifted with great cooking and housekeeping skills, troubled by how her various 'evil plots' all seem to work out (one way or another) for the best. But together with Kotaro's school friends, Misha and Shia succeed in pestering and bothering Kotaro - and creating the protective and supportive family that is missing in his life. Very cute characters, good animation and a fun-n-entertaining story line, this happy charmer of the young-teen crowd is certain to win smiles, smirks and giggles from those who can enjoy a silly and fluffy tale of a circle of strange and mismatched friends who form a warm, loving and supportive family. Pita-Ten Pita-Ten is a really cute anime, The animation is really good, I loved the pastel sort of pallete that the series had. I'm sure that the main plot will take hold soon, as I've only seen the first 8 episodes, but from what I saw I thought it was really fun and cute. I love all the characters and the kid with the glasses was pretty funny even though he was a real jerk sometimes to Ten-chan. I think Pita-Ten is a really great show so far and the music is great!
