.hack//SIGN are addressed here such as Harold Hoerwick's reasons for creating Aura and the World. But, real world life looked kind of dull compared to the MMORPG environments that I seen through .hack//SIGN. Those who had enough troubles getting through the slow-developing plot and lack of action from SIGN will have a tougher time tolerating the events of Liminality. If you are willing to see the series, it can be an expensive option if you prefer to avoid watching fansubs. Each episode of Liminality is bundled as an extra in the first set of four hack games and each game was selling for at least $50 when they were first released. If you like both video games and anime, this shouldn't be much of an issue. But, those who prefer anime viewing may prefer watching fansubs instead of potentially forking up $50 for a single episode of Liminality. While Liminality does offer a different take on events taking place in the World, it won't be worth multiple watches since it lacks the interesting mysteries and intriguing environments of .hack//SIGN. DBZ, and Sailor Moon did it instead of the Folks at Bee-Train. This can be a little slow moving and sureal at times. But the acting is fine, Michell Ruff playes Mai, and everyone else is great. If all you have see in .hack//SIGN you will be rather confused, so you must play the games.

Who was the evil genius that decided to come up with the Dot hack world? (I'm sure some Know it all out there will be more than happy to email me with that answer.) This short Series is included with all the Dot hack PS2 games. It adds a element of reailty to a series that is otherwise almost entirely spent in The World. I find my self wanting to know more about the characters and what there part in In World is but that is the draw to this whole project isn't it you constantly have to be peiceing together clues (While conveniently shelling out bucks) to get the whole story. I confess I am an addict but the truth is if you arn't willing to shell out a lot of money to get this whole story either give up or find some one who is this is just an intirgueing peice to this very expensive puzzle.

The story is similiar to .hack//SIGN, but this time everything is happening outside the game, in the real world. Also, the storyline is very complex, some of which cannot be explained unless you've seen .hack//SIGN. It's another amazing series, but maybe too much for your average DBZ fan!
