This appears to be a crossover short meant to accompany the theatrical screenings of movies for two different magical girl anime popular at the time with Creamy Mami and Minky Momo. Know a fair amount on Creamy Mami from my viewing of the TV anime years ago, but quite new to Minky Momo. Not in a big rush to go after Minky Momo as its premise seems like those typical of magical girl anime of its era. But regardless, the main thing going for this short is the interaction between the two girls as they provoke one another to transform and their resulting attacks on each other causing destruction to the city they are in. Regardless, fans of both magical girl anime are more likely to get enjoyment out of this short.
