Antique Heart
This one-shot OVA involves a trio of high school boys discovering that an old building by their school is haunted by a spirit and attempts to help her in preventing the building from being torn down. The story told in this is an interesting one in that the main characters of focus, one of the boys Takahiro and the spirit Suzuki, bond due to both dealing with the pains of discarding old things they found valuable. The major barrier keeping this from being more worthwhile to rewatch is the lack of fleshing out of the three boys in question, as it's suggested they have a club to aid the school to varying degrees. But to my knowledge, this was apparently an original title lacking any kind of source material it was adapted from, having me wonder if this may have been an attempt at a longer series that didn't off the ground. I'd at least say there's enough here where it would be worth a watch, but would be hard to recommend rewatching it.
