Was this supposed to be funny? It seemed anything but amusing to me as this boy is repeatedly humiliated, brought to tears, and even physically bullied by a girl who is one year his junior and therefore ought to treat him with some respect. He hasn't done the slightest thing to deserve this treatment, and I couldn't help hating Nagatoro. After all, this bitch who gets a kick out of incessantly harassing people has the nerve to describe him as 'creepy'. And he just sits there and takes it. I figured that surely there would be some sort of twist to the plot before the episode was over to make it less abrasive and create an amusing situation, because as it was, this show was positively painful to watch. I fast-forwarded through the second half of the episode in search of such a thing, but as far as I could tell there was none--I can only guess that we are supposed to laugh at the abuse Senpai gets time after time. Some of the reviewers as ANN implied that somehow a romance may develop between the two of them, but that would be about the last romance I would want to watch. At least I can scratch this show from the Spring 2021 list without any fear that I might be making a mistake.
