Apparently existing as some sort of promotional tie-in with another anime series, this looked like a zombie apocalypse title of sorts. However, the plot is a muddled mess that has little time to explore its characters and what exactly led to events being as they are. Plus, many of the characters make rather irrational decisions that lead them to become part of the zombie horde in a superficial attempt at drama and suspense, most glaring instance sticking out being a helicopter gunning at a zombie horde, dumbfoundingly, landing to the ground and all its occupants getting attacked before the chopper explodes. The OVA also has a good amount of mood dissonance with dabbling into the schoolgirls doing mundane things on their school's rooftop and zombie survival trying to brave the hordes of former classmates turned into zombies. In short, not sure what the intent of this OVA is, as it's one big mess that I wouldn't feel compelled to watch again. Go watch something like High School of the Dead if you want something more entertaining as a zombie action/ survival title.
