This short barely qualifies as 'animated' at all--more a matter of still images with audio. A much bigger problem: does it really have anything to do with Ninjas at all? Episode one was about some strange black mist which drifted into a classroom and was inhaled by students. Was this stuff created by Ninjas (or their opponents)? If so, for what reason? Why could only one person see it? Episode two was about a female office worker being stalked by a creepy window washer. Was her co-worker actually a Ninja? At the end of each episode we see an image of four presumable Ninjas (shown above) but they did not appear in either of the first two episodes. In episode three one of them finally makes an appearance, as he protects a girl at a swimming pool. This show seems to be more about fighting evil supernatural, occult entities than fighting conventional criminals, perhaps because it comes from the makers of Yamishibai. But it is very crude, makes little sense, and doesn't excite me much, so I think I have seen enough.
