Teekyuu (Six episodes watched): This is a strange little series of 3-minute or so episodes, with crude animation (nowhere near as good as the poster above) and fast-talking characters. The speed of the vocabulary can be a problem when trying to read subtitles, but they seldom say anything particularly profound. The jokes are OK. The difficulty of reading the subtitles may make you think twice about whether this show is worth the trouble. The pink-haired girl is a total airhead which the others must struggle with. The obvious comparison would be to Softenni, except that that had full-length episodes. Actually, tennis fades away after awhile and we just have assorted crazy things happening to crazy girls.
