A rather big waste of time to bother with, this ONA pretty much reduces Tsuruya's character to a cat-like goof with an addiction to smoked cheese and each short mostly repeating the same gag of Tsuruya uttering an idiosyncratic cat sound whenever she gets in an awkward or complicated situation. Worst of all, the animation style is rather crude with mostly every character looking rather plain and ugly in their designs and Tsuruya being one of the few characters being chibi-fied. Even if you're a Haruhi Suzumiya fan, I wouldn't bother watching this one.

Based on a fan-created gag 4-panel manga series which features a playfully primitive illustration style, this one is pretty strange. Words that pop to mind when trying to describe this are .... pointless... odd.... pointless... strange..... and pointless.... The Tsuruya character is a cat-like chibi with a singular fixation on smoked cheese and all of the panels end with Tsuruya making her 'signature' cat-noise...... Pointless...
