Originally a 3-episode OVA series, this TV series is made up of 16 episodes that ran on an anthology anime show similar to the ones Steel Angel Kurumi, Adventures Of The Mini-Goddess, and You're Under Arrest ran on. In it, hapless businessman Misou was courting the fair kindergarden teacher Nagisa. Hoping to take their relationship to the next level, Misou tries to ask Nagisa for a date, but keeps screwing up because of his or her co-workers. Lots of misunderstandings and unavoidable situations keep happening, and eventually Misou ends up getting transferred to another city for a whole year. But Nagisa finally realizes she loves him just as he's getting on the train to go out of town. She meets him as his train leaves, and the viewer is left to wonder if they ever meet up again after that. Does Nagisa go to visit him in his new town? Does Misou ever come back to see her? It was such a nerve-racking ending. Clearly, the creators intended for the series to go on further than this in the anime. The TV version is a real letdown compared to the OVA series, so just rent it if you were really hungry for more after the OVA ended.
