Cat’s Eye

Three sisters are notorious thieves who call themselves Cat's Eye. They usually announce their theft in advance of doing it. However, the police are unable to catch them, even though the lead inspector is dating one of the sisters. Further, he frequents their coffee shop, called Cat's Eye. However, the sisters have a reason beyond greed and cruelty for stealing some items.
