This OVA serves as the final installment of the Hidamari Sketch franchise featuring Sae and Hiro completing their college entrance exams and graduating from high school. It is appropriately an emotional installment with the times they spent with Yuno and the other underclassmen at the Hidamari Apartments throughout the franchise. If you've stuck with the franchise up to this point, definitely recommend checking this out as a swan song for Hidamari Sketch.
