D_Cide Traumerei the Animation

This show is clearly based on a video game, because episode one is all about wild, 3D action without making much of an attempt to offer a (semi-)plausible explanation for what's going on. The problem is, this episode didn't really leave me with any questions that I want answers to. It is all so bizarre that I have little idea what questions to ask. What are 'Weirds' or the 'Desaria'? I don't really care, because I have little confidence that the answer will be intriguing. Though there is some sort of link between Ryuhei's opponents and bad people in the real world, which might be interesting, for the most part they are just some sort of opponent to beat up on (they explode once you've inflicted enough damage). Fighting strange creatures doesn't thrill me. What will the link to Ryuhei's brother be? No doubt Ryuhei can get a measure of revenge by beating these things. There are lots of strange terms, like 'Traumerei' and 'Knocker-Ups' and, of course, 'D_Cide', but likewise I don't expect their definitions to be particularly interesting. Episode one of D_Cide wasn't totally inept--as these sort of shows go, it may even have been above average. But little effort is made to develop Ryuhei--after some initial misgivings (which is more than many characters in isekai shows experience) he quickly accepts this mind-blowing new reality and devotes himself to winning. My impression is that this show will be more about winning fights than solving a mystery.
