Udon no Kuni no Kiniro Kemari
Poco's Udon World plays out as a slice-of-life title focused on Sota Tawara trying to sort out what to do with his life back in his rural hometown and coming across a young boy who is actually a tanuki able to take on human form. The series has a fair deal of fleshing out and development with its cast as Sota's home life from his hometown is explored and gives him perspective with valuing his rural home life as he reunites with family members and friends, as well as caring for Poco. While Poco may seem irrelevant at first for his presence within the series beyond cute factor, he actually has a closer connection to Sota's past that the series does gradually dabble into in later episodes. In addition, Sota's family and friends do get some fleshing out as well to show what they've been doing with their lives since his return. Pretty much, the series is mostly a light-hearted slice-of-life title with supernatural elements focused on a young adult's efforts to sort out what to do with his life. Slice-of-life fans should get a decent amount of enjoyment out of this, with young adults even being able to relate to the experience.
