Another anime made from Marvel and Madhouse's collaboration together, Tony crosses paths with the son of a former business associate who attempts to sabotage his launch of a military satellite that Stark Industries is attempting to launch. The film is quite action-heavy with Tony seeking Ezekiel's whereabouts, with some appearances by Punisher, Black Widow, Nick Fury, and Hawkeye at points throughout the film to aid or deter Tony in his search. As a villain, Ezekiel is your typical megalomaniac seeking global annihilation with the Technovore virus he created and the film does have a fair number of sloppy plotting and too convenient developments that take place with advancing its plot. The visuals for the film are about on par with the 2010 TV anime that are nice to look at with detailed character designs and fluid action sequences, though the CG animation used for rendering Iron Man and other tech-utilizing characters sticks out like a sore thumb. Overall, I'd say this movie would be more a treat for Marvel Comic or Iron Man fans.
