Meguriau Sekai
Told mostly in black-white with minimal animation, the voice-over is a narration of an unnamed high school student who looks back and reminisces about a special boy (love?) whom she met in her first year of school. It is only later in the tale when the story becomes current-tense does the quality of the animation change with the addition of color and motion.
The story is a bit bland or MEH and the animation, while being beautifully detailed, is very minimalist and spartan. But its always fun to watch someone's non-professional anime works.
Not a bad early effort for an aspiring animation team. (But I still think that Hiroyasu's Fumiko's Confession is a more noteworthy effort.)
