Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ouji

Himari Momochi's parents died when she was an infant, and she was raised in an orphanage. When she turned 16 she learned that she had inherited her parents' old home in the countryside, and went there in hopes of learning something about them. But people along the way strongly advise her not to go to the place, which is seen as haunted. When Himari gets there she finds that three odd but handsome squatters have moved in--Purple-haired Yukari, red-haired Ise, and most striking, black-haired Aoi. She learns that these are very unusual guys and the stories about the place were largely true. 'This house doesn't abide by the rules of the human world' Yukari tells her.
