Taifū no Noruda
Typhoon Noruda's plot on two boys trying to help Noruda out with the problems of her necklace felt a bit too grand for 25 minutes of storytelling as little is revealed about Noruda herself as she only exists to serve as the victim that the two boys need to aid in her crisis and the boys don't have much to show in terms of personality. The animation has its nice moments to show off with the effects that Noruda's necklace have with the local weather impacting things. But otherwise, this is a rather underwhelming title thanks to it being too ambitious with the storytelling it attempts to tell in so limited time.
