Its by Yoshiaki Kawajiri so you know the animation is going to be good. In my opinion I found this to be a gripping anime like most of Kawajiri's work. Its not the absolute best thing out there but I would recommend it to people.

This is pretty good, but I'm not really sure if it's worth buying. It's kind of old, so not much can really be said about character designs and animation. I can't really say if the music was good or bad, but if I had liked it, I would have remembered it...and I don't. My main reason for buying this was because I thought it would be violent. The dub was okay I guess, I liked the voice of Komada and Koshigaya. I didn't too much care for the voice, not acting, of the dub actress for the psychic's granddaughter. She can act just fine, but her voice sounded like a child's. It's not really bad. If you want bad watch Grappler Baki: The Ultimate Fighter, that was a load of bullshit. I personally like this title, though it's gotten somewhat of a bad rep. Yes there is nudity. Yes, there is violence. But it tells a good story about human control and free will. At least, rent it and take a gander at the smooth animation...
