OK ... I really don't understand this one, but from what I have read ... there are a number of massively manic shoot-em-up computer games which (somehow) involve cutesy anime characters. Well, a gang (or pack) of rabid fans calling themselves 'MAIKAZE' have created an OVA homage to their favorite game characters.
