Framed for a crime she didn't commit, chased by alien spies, captured by the Galaxy Police and then turned over as a prisoner to the forces of evil, Yuna is not having a good day. This isn't the worst anime I've seen, but it definitely qualifies as one to avoid. Apparently, this anime was used to promote a Japanese video game series and it definitely shows with the large cast of characters introduced whom you barely get to know anything about in the show's limited episode run and many of the villains being quite shallow in motives and personality. Yuna and Yuri made for annoying heroines in this series since it seemed to me like they were otaku bait with their overly-cute idiosyncrasies and quirks made to pander to said audience with the former being your typical bubbly clutz who is somehow friends with nearly everyone she comes across and is a mahou shoujo while the the latter is enough of a glutton with food to give FMA's Gluttony a run for his money. Unless you're a sap for this dull tripe, I highly recommend you avoid this title.

Avoid Jan-Chan [series:1910#967]
I usually like all of JC-Staffs’ anime projects, but I did not know what to expect with this lowly rated and apparently overlooked series. It is not pretty ….

Think in terms of a rehash of the fun Project A-Ko series, but A-Ko came out in 1985 (some ten years earlier) and somehow the quality of the animation of Galaxy Fraulein is actually WORSE and inferior? And the story sucks too. I honestly think that someone tried to do a clone of A-KO, but badly missed the mark. I barely watched two episodes before I lost all interest.

I don’t usually rate anime as an AVOID, but since I found so little joy in this series, I don’t want anyone else to waste any of their time on this.
