Soul Taker

Forbin -- I've seen the spinoff "Komugi-chan" titles, but I'm just curious to know how Kogumi-chan is in Soul Taker (TV), especially since it isn't a comedy.

Komugi isn't the same. Komugi of soultaker is a mutant (Long Ears?) with super healing abilities and the power to throw needles or darts with pinpoint accuracy. She is sorta a wannabe sidekick. In fact, once she joins the hero she sorta becomes a background character.

Komugi of the spinoff is a cosplayer with super powers.

IMHO Komugi-chan's are better than the Soul Taker ones. You don't go in to watch Komugi with any seriousness, you do soultaker and that's where ST falls down.

Interesting. I knew that the Komugi-chan series has her as an actress (as well as a professional coplayer). And she's a magic girl too. ^_^

Anyway, it was just a curiousity of mine. I have so many anime titles to watch (and "Soul Taker" on the surface isn't my kind of anime) that I may never see "Soul Taker."

Don't worry, FMP OVA will be out in a few days then you won't have to worry about what to watch.

I actually saw Komugi-chan first and wondered about it then Jan-Chan lent me his Soul-Taker and was like OOoooo the Real Komugi, then I was like /bleh...what a side character that needed to die :)
