How does a person add a new "Notable" nowadays?

I'm asking because one of the principal roles in Angel Heart is played by Kawasaki Mao, who's not on our list yet. I don't see anywhere to "click" in order to add a new name.

Click on Notables on the top

Then Click Edit

Then Click Add

It only works if you are logged in.

I get it--you have to do it at the "Notables" page, not within any review, like it used to be. Thanks!
