| Orpherus memories float back in time to the day two years ago when his older sister Robertine was killed right before her wedding by an assault whose culprit was never discovered - this event will forever be the driving force for him to strive for power as to be able to protect the weak. His friend Edward tries to chase away Orphe's nightmares...
At the Rosenstolz Academy Orpheus and Ludwig once again lead a heated dispute about how to rule a country. Orpherus and Edward visit Camus watering his wonderful flowers to ease up their minds; meanwhile one of the students who cannot stand this indigity done to Ludwig whom he worships spreads the information that Edward isn't a true noble and should be expelled from the academy, as to weaken Orpherus' position. Orpheus suspects Ludwig to be behind this foul play and challenges him to a duel - something that is strictly forbidden for Strahl candidates... | |
