Comments
I wasn't particularly thrilled by this episode. My impression was that considering this is the first episode, not much happened. Lots of characters were introduced, but I learned little more about them than the hair colors to recognize them by. Devoting so much time to live-action music video certainly didn't help. Both music and comedy seemed so-so to me. All-in-all, I'm still confused. However, I have been assured that this series will improve significantly in the second half--here's hoping that those particular critics knew what they were talking about!
