Synopsis
More of Aya's past is revealed, someone is framing Weiss for bombings on closed down factories and such. Oka dies and Reiji Takatori is convinced Weiss is behind her death; he also suspects Omi. Reiji Takatori figures out who's behind Weiss and swears revenge for the death of Oka.

A pretty dark episode. I like it a lot though, there are a lot of scenes of Ran and Aya before she was hit by a car.
