| At the airport, Saeko is waiting to meet an important visitor when she overhears employees saying that the plane has been hijacked. She uses an unusual method to signal "XYZ" and Ryo promptly arrives. Together, they use a number of unorthodox tactics to deal with the hijackers. Saeko finally meets Misa Williams, daughter of the Home Secretary of the Pamela Republic. Misa has caught Ryo's eye, and Saeko attempts to spirit her away before another embarassing situation develops. But neither she nor two strange men who are shadowing Williams can keep up with Ryo. Misa explains to Ryo that her late mother was Japanese, and she wants to become a traditional Japanese woman like she was. Saeko goes to Kaori and explains that Ryo's "kidnapping" of Misa is liable to become a diplomatic incident since she was specifically asked by General Jimetil, Pamela's dictator, to guard her during her visit to Japan.
