| Ryo and Kaori find no offers of employment awaiting them at the train station bulletin board, and Kaori bemoans the fact that they'll have no choice but to sink to handing out flyers on streetcorners. After Ryo posts a bawdy ad, Kaori slams his face into the board, which leads to her being rebuked by a nun. The nun asks if, as Ryo has written, they'll really take any job, because she has lost her precious rosary. She leads them to places where she might have dropped it--not exactly the sorts of places you'd expect to find a nun... | |

| Quite possibly the funniest City Hunter episode I've ever seen! It gets off to a good comic start, and I was hoping this one would be all comedy, since that's what's best about this show. My prayers were answered (get it?)--just like my previous favorite (#26 if I remember correctly) Ryo never fires a shot. It's Kaori's mallet that does all the damage. My grade: A My favorite line: "Neither fear of God nor Kaori will stop me from Mokkori" --Ryo | |
