Synopsis
A visiting dignitary has been targeted by Michael Gallant, a professional assasin who is feared and respected worldwide, and never fails to get his man. To prevent this contract from being carried out, Gallant has been tricked into accepting a different contract first. His new target is Saeko Nogami, who wants Ryo to serve as her bodyguard!

Despite some fairly interesting plot twists (Gallant is not all bad; he knows a certain City Hunter character), I couldn't help feeling that something was missing here. Also, the climactic duel really needed some better animation! My grade: B-
