Stretch: Well, I thought I had figured out the only possible explanation of an important character apparently getting devoured at the end of episode five: we'd see the tip of Eren's sword pop out of the back of the Titan's neck just as it attempted to swallow him, thus killing it and enabling him to escape. But something totally weird yet intriguing seems to have happened instead: it looks like somehow Eren has gone from an easy meal to possessing the Titan, transforming it into the only truly effective weapon to be used against the other ones. He took a vow to kill every Titan, but for a mere human that was pretty much angry wishful thinking; now maybe not. I guess this show is all about 'coolness' rather than plausibility, but fortunately it remains quite cool. There's a million ways the plot could go from here, and I definitely want to know more.
