Synopsis
A day in the life of all characters: Kirino playing the latest eroge (loudly!), Kyousuke suffering from this, Kuroneko actually having family life, and Saori... well, she has quite a secret of her own.

Devil Doll: A glimpse behind the curtain. Another (nice) slice of life interlude, showing all three otaku girls in their home and giving us surprising new information about both Saori and Kuroneko. Kirino still bitching around but the eroge she played strangely confronted her with a character much like herself... not that she would get the lesson already. Kyousuke's phone call to Kuroneko for no particular reason made me wonder. Stretch: Apparently Kirino wasn't told about how her brother and friends had salvaged her anime; either that, or she has completely ignored the good deed, which sounds like something she really would do. She has hardly changed at all; while playing an eroge which has an obnoxious character that she hates, it never dawns on her that the character is uncannily like her. Episode nine was fun nevertheless, since we got a glimpse of Kuroneko and Saori's private lives. Every comedy show has to have one fabulously wealthy character among the cast, apparently. I must admit that despite all my complaints, somehow I still enjoy watching this show and look forward to it.
