Synopsis
Washu, modest as ever, is demonstrating a new invention to the president of the United States when she hears about a mysterious magical girl in Japan. She immediately decides to bring her current project to an abrupt end and travel to Japan to study this strange person. Sure enough, Miss Mihoshi announces to her class that a guest instructor from America, Washu Fitzgerald Kobayashi, will soon be arriving. She does so in a dramatic way, and immediately sets her eyes on Sasami. Washu cannot tolerate the simple scientific principles she's supposed to teach, and creates mayhem, since her research indicates this is the quickest way to attract Pretty Sammy...

Stretch 5/31/05: This episode was a total hoot! Knowing something about Washu from the other various Tenchi Muyo series would help, but wouldn't be absolutely necessary. Especially funny was the new title Pixy Misa planned to give the show once Pretty Sammy had been disposed of. I especially love comedy when it's totally unpredictable and characters say the last thing you'd expect them to.
