Synopsis
After tricking Sasami into delivering a CD to a vacant lot, Pixy Misa introduces herself and summons the Love-love Monster "CD Girl". According to Ryo-Ohki, a Love-love monster is "a monster created by focusing evil magic energy on an object". As they dodge a barrage of CDs being flung at them, Ryo-Ohki urges Sasami to transform into Pretty Sammy, and she agrees--just this once. The problem is, Sammy doesn't know any magical techniques yet, and her performance is so pathetic that Misa gives her three hours to train before a rematch...

Stretch 6/3/05: I had thought Magical Project S might be little more than a children's cartoon, but it is in fact remarkably clever while remaining hilariously silly. This show may well rival GXP and the original OVAs as my favorite Tenchi Muyo genre series. I just ordered used VCR tapes of hopefully the entire series. My favorite line: "That's not fair, attacking someone while they're posing" --Pretty Sammy
