Synopsis
The little girl was named Ilya. And her HUGE companion is her servant Beserker (Hercules/Heracles). She orders Beserker to kill them. Saber intervenes but her wound from Lancer is slowing her down. She jumps on the powerlines and on lampposts but Beserker knocks them down. Finally she is hit and falls to the ground. He readies for the kill. Shirou jumps in front of Saber and gets cut by Beserkers weapon. Ilya is horrified and she leaves before killing Rin. Rin screams, 'Not Again! I can't keep saving you!' Shirou has a dream when he last say his adopted father. Shirou is talking about he will always be the champion of justice. He wakes up and he is at home. Rin is complaining about how his tea sucks. He thanks her for healing him again. She says that she didn't do anything, Shirou has picked up a power from Saber (regeneration). Rin says that has never happened before mana flows from the Master to the servant, not the other way around. They talk about how servants need mana. Basically the master gives a bit of their soul to the Servant to keep them around. Shirou wonders how the other servants get their mana and Rin replies, by killing people. Shirou is horrified that some masters power their servants with other human lives. Finally Rin leaves and tells him 'After now, consider me an ENEMY'. As she leaves she bumps into Sakura (Remember her) and Sakura goes, 'Where did Rin come from? And why does she smell like blood?'

Forbin Awesome fight between Berserker and Saber. So we know Berserker is Hercules. And the fact that masters power their Servants with souls makes sense.
