| When everyone else had a place they wanted to go, Izumi was delighted to be left alone in the mansion for once, to watch the house and relax. But she finds herself strangely bored. Then the doorbell rings, and to her surprise it is her little sister Karin. It seems that father has been injured in an accident, and while mother cares for him at the hospital, she has sent Karin to be looked after by her sisters. Izumi shudders at the thought of Karin in the same house as Yoshitaka, but will spend the day playing with her as long as she goes home afterwards. She tells Karin about the visit of the talent scout and her chance to become an "idol" and pay off her crushing debt. Izumi isn't optimistic about her chances, but Karin urges her on.
