Synopsis
Sana tries to bury herself in her work, but can't help thinking about Hayama. It doesn't help that as she does promos for the upcoming premiere of "Water Palace", her interviewers continually ask her about the boyfriend she's supposed to have. Fuka notices that Hayama can't seem to keep his mind off of her, either. Tsuyoshi asks him to go to the premiere with him and Aya, since no matter what has happened, they are all presumably still Sana's friends. On the fateful day, an airmail letter arrives from New York. It's from the mysterious "Broadway King" Gary Hamilton, who asks both Sana and Naozumi to appear in his musical "Endless Summer". Misako says whether or not she accepts this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is entirely up to her. Sana cannot bear to meet her friends at the premiere, because she's "still thinking of him". Naozumi calls, urging her to agree to go to New York with him. The scale is finally tipped by some shocking news from Zenjirou about the future of KnO itself...

I've been watching another romantic comedy, "Peach Girl" lately, and I can't help noticing how much more plausible and realistic Sana's troubles choosing a boyfriend are in KnO.
