"武装" (busou) means "armed"; "神姫" can be a female name "Shinki" but the separate kanji "神" (read: "kami") means "god" and "姫" (read: "hime") means "princess". So we get something like "armed god-princess".

(One episode watched):

'Oh, miniature android girls; this might be interesting' I said to myself as episode one of Busou Shinki got underway. 'Oh, they fight' I quickly observed, and my hopes took a major dive. This show has an odd premise but little is done with it; instead it takes the simplest possible route of making these girls submissive, simple-minded and fighters--something about their 'honor' demanding it. But I'd much rather have the story go somewhere than there be fighting all the time. As a battle raged near the end I was positively bored and just wanted them to hurry up and get it over with. The simple dialogue is indicative of the low goals this show sets out to meet.
