Blossom
A second animated short I see made to commemorate the Tohoku earthquake of 2011, this one is focused more on visual storytelling with a musical accompaniment focusing on an elderly man trying to rebuild the land damaged by the earthquake, with the help of some angels. The pastel-like design style gives the short a dream-like feel throughout Blossom's run and looks more pleasing on the eyes compared to Psychedelic Afternoon, and the musical choice gives the whole thing a heavenly feel. Probably the best of the animated shorts made to commemorate the event that I've seen.
