Garzey no Tsubasa
Kind of shocked this was directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino of all people. Well known as one of anime's all-time infamous duds, the horribleness of Garzey's Wing stems from its sloppy pacing, which is perhaps the worst I've seen in any anime title to date. The first five minutes of the OVA is essentially a horribly compressed mess used to quickly get the title's premise going with Chris's soul being sent to another world and being a chosen warrior. The premise for the series seemed like one that could have worked better if given a 26-episode TV anime run to allow time to be focused on exploring its world and characters. Unfortunately even when the horrific pacing from the first 5 minutes of this mess does settle, there is still little time to focus on essential elements like world building and character depth thanks to the title's large focus on plot advancement, still having breakneck speed with its pacing and the limited amount of time given for exploring elements to its premise thanks to the limited number of episodes used in its OVA run. For an OVA title, Garzey's Wing is quite subpar in the visuals department with animation being more on par with a mid-90s TV anime and having a nice number of noticeable animation shortcuts with "speed stripes" and still shots used in battle sequences. Unless you're a big sap for exploring the worst anime has to offer as I have been indulging in as of late, don't waste anytime with Garzey's Wing.

Garzey no Tsubasa
This is a PIECE OF CRAP! I'm not even gonna bother to review this. Watch the first 5 minutes and you will understand. I'd rather watch Amazing Nurse Nanako. This is Forbin's New WORST anime of all time.|
It's Escaflowne meets Den of Heavy Metal and cross it with a piece of dog poo. /bleh
It might be animated by my favorite company JC Staff but it was written by a 3 year old. Even JC's fanservice couldn't save this.
